My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, offering a magnificent view outside the windows, but unfortunately not soundproof, which affected my sleep quality due to noise from neighboring guests with a baby. The top-floor restaurant served good breakfasts with all-round views over Istanbul, a nice touch, and the jacuzzi bath added a luxurious feel to the room.

The rooms, though smaller than expected at 27 square, offered great city views but had a noticeable smoky/chemical smell and some broken tiles in the bathroom. The location was perfect, in a quiet area with convenient access to key sites in Istanbul. The dining experience was okay but lacked variety, especially for vegetarians.

The service was exceptional, with kind and helpful staff available 24/7. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the touristy district near Taxim square. The dining experience was good, but some improvements could be made. Overall, a great value for money choice.
